We provide employment solutions for your farm. Our services enable you to spend more time farming and less time recruiting staff. 

NT Farmers are the Harvest Trail Service provider for the Northern Western Australia and Northern Territory region. The Harvest Trail is a Commonwealth government supported initiative to get job seekers into farm work. We also assist staff to access AgMove relocation assistance provided by the Australian government. 

What is our recruitment process?

As soon as you contact us regarding your staff requirements, we undertake the following:

We gain an understanding of your employee requirements and post a job vacancy on our website.

We simultaneously search through our databases of pre screened work ready candidates for your position. 

Applicants who apply for the position are interviewed, references are checked and visas are verified by our staff. 

We select the best candidates and send you a shortlist for your consideration. 

When you are happy with the candidates, we prepare an offer of employment on your behalf for the candidates. 

NT Farmers staff will stay in touch with you and your employee to ensure that all parties benefit from the employment arrangement. 


NT Farmers also supports the AgMove program. It is an incentive program that employees can access to reduce the costs involved in relocating for farm work. We guide employees on the incentive and verify their paperwork to receive the payment. 

Eligible Australian applicants can access up to $6000 while temporary visa holders can access $2000.
